Float Glass
What is Float Glass
Float glass is a type of glass made through the float process, where molten glass is floated on a bed of molten tin to create a flat, uniform surface. This process allows the glass to be produced in various thicknesses, typically ranging from 2mm to 25mm. Float glass is most commonly clear and is widely used in glazing applications. It can also be supplied in tinted variations to reduce glare and improve aesthetics.
